I'm back and I'm pissed

Hi, my name is Pete Orthmann, and some years ago I was rather active in Madison County politics. Besides stopping a totally illegal tax break given to Mr. Bussey and English that saved you about a million dollars, I also collected information on how another million dollars was “misappropriated” during the construction of the jail.

I have the documents, and they know it.

That made the “good old boys” rather annoyed, so they literally drove me out of the county. Now I am back, and I am pissed about how I was treated and by what is happening in Madison.

Here is my promise to you: I am going to dig and deliver the real details of what the Commissioners are up to. Who is getting special favors, where they are shaving the edges or completely violating the law. I will fight using any legal tool available to get information. Anything I post will be researched and documented. My first MadCoNews, was rather polite and I danced around the nasty parts. This time, I am going for the throat. But in all that, I will never lower myself to cheap name-calling.

Madison has been playing by its own rules, while laws are routinely ignored. That just ended. The county has gotten absolutely out of control, and it is time to shine a light into the corners and expose the truth.

I will not sugarcoat anything. I will identify, and name names of who, and what, and I will put it here for everyone to see.

You will love this publication or hate it. But it will be honest and sometimes explosive.

A number of concerned people have warned me to "be careful." Here is my response, When one has to "be careful" we no longer a government of the people, by the people and for the people. We have a dangerous, tyrannical regime that MUST be exposed. It is not impossible that I end up like William Morgan, who was apparently murdered by the Masons in 1826. If one were to be completely honest, a number of murders over the years have never been prosecuted in Madison.

I will be sharing reviews about local businesses. I’ll share the county gems that are well known and those somehow overlooked. I’ll report the ones I find doing a great job and those you might consider avoiding as well.

Not everything posted will be addressing local issues. You will find information intended to make you think, to give you insight, and to give you a laugh. The entire planet is on the very edge and the truth is now being hidden about national and international issues.
